Oman and Myanmar awarded universality places at the Youth Olympic Games.
The governing body of sailing has published a list of qualified countries including two universality places for Youth Men Windsurfing. These two places were granted to Oman and Myanmar.
Both nations fulfilled the requirements of universality places by participating in YOG qualifiers. Their MNAs have already confirmed the places and the sailors are set to go to Argentina.
More changes in qualification places are still possible as universality places have not been awarded to Youth Women and some countries may decline their previously awarded places due to a competitor country quota.
